How it works

Send us the email address you bought with (or your license key) and we'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Once a purchase is refunded, the associated license is deactivated and the dashboard reverts to the read-only demo.

Billing errors

Charged in error, charged twice, or can't access your license? Email us any time and we'll make it right — this isn't limited to the 14-day window. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
