Terms of Service

1. What Larpboard is

Larpboard is a novelty/entertainment software product: a fully fictional agency dashboard. It contains no real financial, client, or business data and connects to no real accounting, banking, or CRM systems. Any figures shown are made up by you, the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase Larpboard.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Larpboard to commit fraud, deceive investors or lenders, misrepresent regulated financial information, or otherwise break the law. It is intended for entertainment, content creation, demos, and personal amusement. You are solely responsible for how you present and use the fictional data it produces.

4. Your license & “lifetime” access

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Larpboard. By “lifetime” access we mean for as long as we continue to operate Larpboard as a product — and in any event for a minimum of twelve (12) months from your date of purchase. If we permanently discontinue Larpboard within that period, we'll refund your purchase in full. You may not resell, redistribute, or relicense the software or your license key.

5. Payment

Larpboard is a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD or GBP. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty

Larpboard is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcome arising from your use of the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here removes statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@larpboard.com.
